Really good course, gives you a good base and discussions help you think of other scenarios you might encounter and how you might deal with them.

I have enjoyed the course very much, it has made me realise how little I knew about mental health strategies. I feel better equipped to be the first port of call in a crisis, and I am glad I have had the opportunity to do this course.
