Great balance of theory and application. Probably done the most reflection on this course compared to the other abstract sessions. The High Performance has made me evaluate what I do, what I don’t do, and where the gaps are. The good news is the gaps can be supported by my colleagues who have the skills I don’t.

Quality delivery continues. The pitch mapping was really useful it’s consistuent parts will help the wider business understand the importance of their input to delivering an outstanding experience. For Sales the key Basics ought to be embedded and the step up markers clear for all that they could make the difference between winning or missing out. Please, please support the back end process of delivering a much improved onboarding experience.

Self reflection is key. So many pets of the process we do well but it showed gaps which need addressed. Overall the facilitators always offer new insight and anecdotes to back up the theory.
