A session that provided a safe environment to consider the skills required to be a better coach. Mostly new concepts for me and so an excellent intro that will required practical application to make meaningful change

Great content, really informative & applicable models, useful insight from coaching team and peer feedback invaluable. Taking the time out to focus on leadership has been a real positive and will help outcomes on the desk, both personally and from a team perspective.

It provided an opportunity to take stock and reflect current coaching approach, style and techniques to improve that will drive performance.

Enjoyed it and found it helpful. Will look to put into practice over coming weeks. The scheduling to join future sessions is a challenge though as difficult to take full days, especially when options are bunched together.
