Very good sessions interactive and engaging

Lorna and her husband/interpreter visited us at Expro on Monday 14th August. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, down to earth and genuinely interested in us. We were a class of 2 people, we found that was beneficial, the lessons were one-to-one and you could ask questions freely. The structure was in bite-size chunks, and I was surprised how quickly I picked up! After a couple of hours both of us had learned the alphabet, and how to say our full names, date of birth, and where we lived. The afternoon portion focused on colours, time, family, and money. I was able to go home and teach my partner the alphabet, and I'll use the resources, apps and recommendations Lorna sent over to go through these with him too. It is so exciting to start learning and using what should be an essential skill. Thank you guys, hope to see you again!

I thoroughly enjoyed the course delivered by Pauline. There was a lot to take in but Pauline's delivery of the content was done in such a way that it was easy to follow and grasp. I'd recommend this course & Pauline as the training provider to my colleagues. Thanks Karyn

I absolutely loved the BSL course and will recommend to colleagues, friends and family. Lorna and Gary are brilliant trainers, by the end of the day I was able to communicate through sign language confidently. Overall a wonderful experience. 10/10

Loved this course! It was very attendee centred, and Patrizia could answer all of our questions and apply them to our practice. Patrizia is extremely knowledgeable and so enthusiastic about moving and handling.

Excellent, clear delivery. Content of course was not all relevant to my role but still interesting in that it gave me a better understanding of what nursing staff do. Helpful to reinforce basic movements I learnt last time eg how to assist someone from sitting to standing.

Trainer was very engaging, made it interesting. Learnt new techniques, everything covered well. Very friendly person, very well done.
