The course was well structured with reading materials, presentation & additional information being easy to follow with adequate space in manual for notes. Questions were encouraged & end of day summary/practice questions were went over the following day. Group work encouraged discussion & different view points while getting a sense of how to carry out risks assessments/ incident reports. Overall engaging, informative course with David being a great trainer
