Very educative and understanding even without face to face. practical aspect of first aid was well explained and understanding.

It is an interesting course and the trainers is awesome. Very explicit in teaching with adequate understanding of the topics as well as ability to carry the audience along. Overall, it is an excellent experience.

Occasionally trainer would break up slightly. This seemed to be when slides with moving graphics were up. Rita put us through our paces but for our own good.
