Good course with the information i can use to assist me moving forward in my career. Instructor was very knowledgeable and delivered the material in a good style to keep everyone engaged. Hard to do over a teams based course.

I enjoyed the course which was delivered at a comfortable pace. David managed to make what could be a quite serious course fun at times. If I was to be critical of the course my only complaint would be the fact that the course is conducted via teams I felt it lacked interaction and discussions with the participants at times.

I found the course really beneficial given my current role within the Scottish Fire & rescue Service. The course was run well, even given the fact it was on "Teams". David's delivery was excellent, and he even found time to email me out of hours to check all the course work had been delivered. Cheers!

I enjoyed this course. A lot to cover in 1 day. It would be good to do in a classroom environment as inevitably there are IT issues. I have some take aways from today and Amanda was very good at giving us things to think about after the course. I will recommend to colleagues to attend
