Patrizia is a very impressive trainer - immensely knowledgeable, lively and animated. Passionate and enthusiastic about social care and the topics she was covering. Patrizia is highly articulate, confident un-self-conscious and talks confidently & freely without a script bringing a great sense of humour with her, whilst always being highly professional.

Overall the course was explained well with participation from group with question and answers. Would have been good to have the training in physical environment but also transferred well online.
