I am training to be depute head at the establishment. Myself and manager will review the policies and procedures and ensure infection control is updated where necessary.

The course delivered exactly what I had hoped. It was highly informative. Our trainer, Alastair was great and was really good at taking the time to make sure we were following and understanding the course content.

Certainly gives and creates a different outlook to different types of mental health and how to help. I have already advised my manager this would be a beneficial course to all staff to spread awareness and in turn make the workplace more approachable and knowledgeable for colleagues who are struggling and our clients.
