Good pace and breakdown of material according to course topic

Very interesting, with some great take away information that can be implemented quite easily.

I thought the training session was brilliant. It was well structured, easy to digest and very useful. Suzanne is an excellent trainer. She was very clear, and very good at interacting with the participants of the course. I certainly learned a lot and will be implementing a lot into my Management style. Would happily do other courses under Suzanne.

Very informative and engaging. Suzanne was great at being insightful on the topics and also making us think about applying to real life situations. There are definitely points we all will be taking away with us and putting into practice.

Good Refresher. Going through different learning styles was interesting to see how people pick things up differently. Will look to set time aside monthly to discuss performance and set clear expectations and goals for each individual.

I found Marc to be an excellent trainer and was very impressed with the course and his delivery. His teaching manner was very thorough and was punctuated with a few jokes to lighten the mood and make for a more relaxed atmosphere to learn in. I’ve come away feeling I’ve learned from him and am more re-assured to hopefully put his teaching into use should the need ever arise – hopefully not though!

Charismatic trainer, Very enjoyable course that I can easily imagine applying to my workplace. Trainer did a very good job of keeping people focused but managed to keep it fun at the same time. Practical information has been given which will serve as a memory jog for later on when I hope that I can apply it.
