I really enjoyed the course. It gave a good insight into various Mental Health issues and gave me a better understanding of how to deal with someone with a Mental Issue. It will be good to be able to put the knowledge into practice and hopefully be able to support my colleagues and family if they are going through a difficult time. I have already put some of the tips from Amanda into practice and they will really help in my personal life. Also I have found that I have started to listen more to others and speak less!

For someone who had no knowledge of the course and was surrounded by a lot more experienced colleagues/managers, it was very daunting for me. However, Pauline was very interactive and made me feel confident and just as important as the rest of the team. Speaking out loud to people is not something I am great at but I felt like I excelled in this yesterday by the help of Pauline and team mates. I learned Methods of training, KPI, SWOT and loads more. If Pauline was teaching all courses, I would pass with flying colours every time! it was an interesting and beneficial course for me.

Pauline is very straight to the point, which I loved. The team here have come back with a spring in their step and bringing new ideas to the table after every course. The motivation from those team members is very clear to see.

It was very informative, well paced & brilliantly delivered. I enjoyed the interaction with others & gained a true appreciation of mental health. I'd be happy to study additional courses when possible.
