Really enjoyed the experience, Pauline was great, full of energy and kept us all engaged for the duration of the course. The content and materials were more focused on Customer Services and Sales however Pauline did a great job on elaborating and getting into more detail with what was relevant to our current roles.

I found this course and trainer to be engaging, interesting and informative. I often struggle to hold my concentration for the entirety of courses which run all day for longer than a day but did not find this to be the case on this occasion. Many thanks to Pauline.
