Best course I have attended. Felt very nervous before attending but Suzanne was amazing and really helped me come out my shell. Am now leaving as a much more confident individual both in myself and in my work.

Great session. Mental health can be a complex and sensitive topic to deliver. I thought Alastair made the session easy to follow and understand. He is very knowledgeable about the subject, approachable, and happy to answer all our questions. I enjoyed it very much and felt I learnt a great deal. Thank you
