Bianka was great, and the course had just the right amount of content which I found very helpful. My only reason for not giving the course rating 5 stars was because it would have been lovely to have Bianka attend in person.

I enjoyed the course, and found it very worthwhile. Bianka's style was friendly and engaging. I think we would have all benefited from an in person session, but we were still able to have a good discussion.

Another excellent course with Pauline. This course encouraged some open and honest discussions within the team which I don’t doubt aided everyone into really considering how we can improve the overall experience of internal and external customers. Would be better face to face rather than online. Otherwise very good coverage of the subject with interesting facts and figures
