Patrizia is and excellent Trainer with a lot of experiences and expertise. She has perfectly covered both theory and practical aspect in both day's training. Very interactive and engaging. The course was comprehensive and well structured. The trainer Patrizia was friendly and knowledgeable about the subject. Alistair did the final day assessment and was professional and kind when providing constructive feedback.

The. Purse was beneficial but felt it went on to long so is hard to take it all in.
