Excellent, educative, give more knowledge on access to care and support, rules and regulations. The trainer is more knowledgeable and good teacher/lecturer in delivery. The course content and material were more educative and deep knowledge of health care, safeguarding of adults, policy and procedure. The rate of the overall course was very good and excellent
