Marc was really engaging and made the group feel at ease. The training duration felt shorter than it was - which is a clear sign of it being well delivered and being targeted to the purpose. I have left feeling refreshed in MHFA and more confident to support others.

The course was a really useful re-cap about mental health and ways of dealing with all aspects of it. The discussions were very useful and informative, and the course was relaxed despite the seriousness of the issues covered.
