Content was delivered in a well thought out and constructive way, Alastair was very friendly and approachable and answered questions extremely well and comprehensively. The course itself was very helpful and brought up points I would never have considered.

Alastair had a very encouraging and friendly demeanor which made the training useful for our team and kept us engaged with the content. He chose his words carefully and clearly has a lot of experience and great understanding of the topic area. There were limited physical materials (a couple of paper based exercises) but the discussion content was very thought-provoking and will be useful to improving our offering going forward.

The training was helpful and useful. Learnt something new from what I know or have seen before the the training. The training is going to help with the people that I am supporting.
