On the whole, the course content was good, however there were a number of errors in the learner manuals, particularly around the dates of legal regs.

Lynne was brilliant- very engaging and provided us with excellent feedback after the session. She is clearly very experienced so great to learn from. The one thing I would have liked to have learnt more about EDI and reasonable adjustments during training. Very much appreciate that this cannot be a conclusive overview but feel that we need a slide/ mention of it. Even if it just that we have to actively ask if anyone needs adjustments and then try to accommodate reasonable ones.
