As someone who has no experience in minute taking I found this course to be very helpful and I will go forward with confidence as a result of the education that has been provided to me.
I found the exam to be more like an English literature test with long phrases and wording between each multichoice question.
A very interesting and engaging course and trainer.
Really enjoyed the iosh course and would definitely recommend it to others. Mike Payne was a great tutor 👍

Throughly enjoyed the course. The trainer was excellent, full of knowledge and hands on advice to illustrate the facts. Could benefit by having a few more days,as on occasion felt overwhelmed with the information. Overall,an engaging and interesting course which was very enjoyable. Thank you.
Being someone who is out of my comfort zone when using Teams etc. Andrew was or should i say still is very supportive of me and reassured me that i can always contact him for any help or advice which is for me very reassuring.
