This course was valuable at points, but felt too generic or not engaging at others. While the visualisations on demonstrating different perspectives is valuable, we spent quite a lot of time on it (as well as examples of non-verbal communication), and I felt the time could have been spent elsewhere on the collaborative tasks (or to allow for space where conversation unexpectedly developed). I appreciated that our instructor was willing to answer quite specific questions about my own communication style, but worried it was a waste of time for others.
I really enjoyed the escape room and more examples of putting things into practice would have been great. A lot of the other stuff felt a bit theoretical and it wasn't always clear what the practical use of it was for instance the ego states. When we went over them again, it was clearer but initially I wasn't sure if we were aiming to identify peoples ego states or change their ego states.
Very well delivered and set out course. Far more content at a deeper level than I anticipated. unfortunately, the notes/pre-reading booklet was not emailed until halfway through the first day and apparently the exam link will be sent in a month, by which time I will struggle to remember what I learned for it.

A bit rushed, being dyslexic could have done with time to make and read notes, not rest straight after 3 intense modules same day
