I knew nothing about the course content before I attended, therefore it wasn't quite what I was anticipating; however, I did enjoy it and for a two-day course with a lot of class exercises and participation, it covered a lot of ground.

Good course , need to do basic skills training with team leader next,applying this work is difficult, but will find time , even if I have to do it at home, as we are constantly fire fighting , and re acting to events breakdowns which ties up your time
