The course was very well set out and broke down the various topics well, as a new member of staff at MVH it allowed me to learn different principles and techniques which I can adapt under different suitations and with different team members.

Lynn made the course enjoyable with lots of interactive sessions between the group. Gave lots of real examples and scenarios that were relateable to our roles. Thoroughly enjoyed my learning experience

The course was excellent, very well delivered by Lynne. All sessions were interactive, and my favourite part was that there was a range of managers/directors from across the business. Some of the literature was outdated but it didn't matter to much as Lynne corrected as course was being undertaken.
