I found the course very informative and interesting, George was an excellent facilitator and very easy to communicate with. The course overall will really benefit me in my future role as a team leader. I really enjoyed this course and the four days passed very quickly.

I found the course very useful and the course tutor led the course in an interesting and engaging manner.

Luke amended the course to fit our needs for the roles we are in. He was humorous and gave good relevant stories to keep our attention. I have taken a lot of knowledge away with me that I can use in my role. I liked the interactions and this is a good way to reinforce the information. There was a lot of information over the 3 days which sometimes felt heavy, but over all enjoyed the course. Thank you Luke :-)

George provided me with a very complete understanding of coaching and mentoring techniques for me to take forward into the workplace. Throughout the intervention he maintained interest of all the group by keeping the sessions alive and relevant.

I thought Heather really brought the training to life by drawing on her own experiences. Heather was able to apply relevant coaching models to some of our current coaching constraints, this will be really helpful moving forward.
