With the interactions of George and the course material it highlighted what I need to change to improve my leadership skills. It also highlighted what I am doing wrong but it has shown how to improve them.

The trainer was excellent, engaged everyone appropriately, the sessions were stimulating and moved at a suitable pace comfortable for everyone, checking throughout that learning had taken place, giving good relevant examples from the workplace, and preparing us well for the tests.

The course was fully kitted for people who have never met H&S before and those who have been using it over the years. It was a great refresher and good content of an online learning platform.

The course was very well presented and structured by Becky. She was very easy to understand and engaged with each and every one of us . Not once did I switch off during the course.
