2 fun days!

The course was well structured, pulling on real world examples and tailored appropriately to the specific requirements of our organisation but maintaining a breadth that would allow the learning to be transferred to other organisations/sectors.

Course was tailored to our requirements and delivered virtually allowing us to complete the training in a positive way

the course was interesting and the instructor Jam was very good and knowledgeable kept everyone involved and helped give us a better understanding when needed.

Found the course informative. However the trainer referred to the comments made by the other session and made me feel upset by their comments as they were a dig at myself and my way of running my department.

Excellent course and well delivered.

Great trainer, very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions clearly with explanations.

WELL PRESENTED COURSE, VERY INFORMED.

I enjoyed the training and the contents covered everything that i needed, including the advice on progression to the next course. The fact that other delegates were also from a housing association improved the experience and Rachel made sure that we were assigned to the same breakout rooms when it was relevant. I find the length of time between the training and the exam to be inconvenient but understand how they work and know this is unavoidable.

As always George was really good, learnt a lot about Vark and how to apply this for my training
