Overall I found the course insightful and learned some valuable first aid skills for the future.

Great course with lots of interaction between the trainer and the trainees. It has been a pleasure to be on this course and I was made to feel informed and relaxed at the same time.

Great session. Insightful and thought provoking

A useful course to facilitate some debate and an opportunity to calibrate where we are as a business against managing health & safety challenges. In particular the first element of the course talking about the framing of your message - why, how, what - and the conscious shift to start with the 'why' to engage more effectively and gain greater buy-in/acceptance/trust.

This course could be alot shorter
