Great presentation style with lots of opportunities to ask questions and discussions in groups about knowledge and practical experiences of workplace. which all made the course really enjoyable and informative .This has more than met my expectations.A wonderfully practical course - both personally and professionally in terms of health and safety.

only down side was when a substitute facilitator covered a week and there was many technical problem, wasted day in my opinion.

Do not expect to take anything of value back to the workplace. This is not a reflection of the trainers (i found George to be very engaging).

Excellent course, really enjoyed the content and the trainer was excellent talking about his own experiences so that they become more relevant to the working world
