I really enjoyed the training course, I feel I have learnt a lot from the course and will be able to implement a lot of what I have learnt going forward to become a better trainer. There was a lot of information to take in but I feel Sue delivered the information in a fun way which was easy to digest. I am new to training so didn't know what to expect but overall was happy with everything and look forward to using what I have learnt.

WELL PRESENTED COURSE, VERY INFORMED.

I enjoyed the training and the contents covered everything that i needed, including the advice on progression to the next course. The fact that other delegates were also from a housing association improved the experience and Rachel made sure that we were assigned to the same breakout rooms when it was relevant. I find the length of time between the training and the exam to be inconvenient but understand how they work and know this is unavoidable.
