Very good course - The trainer was brilliant and explained everything properly showing expertise in this subject and topics. I have learnt a lot this week which i can put into practice and use within my role. I would recommend this course to everyone!

Very enjoyable way to learn

Really engaging, I learned a lot. The course was just right for me and pitched at my level. Dip was great at keeping the flow and keeping us all engaged, and her timekeeping was impeccable!
