Really engaging couple of days. I'm looking to change career direction and this has been hugely informative with plenty of practical application that can be used in a multitude of roles. This was an interesting course. It had some useful techniques which help improve leadership styles. Ideal for first line managers

Trainer was very engaging great to have a former teacher. H&S can be a dry subject but he bought it alive and kept me engaged throughout. Not an easy task.
