Really enjoyed the course which made me think outside of the box and at the bigger picture. I was able to bring past experiences and use them in the course to help me understand how I can use the course to further my customer service knowledge .

Although the course does not fully relate to the job I am doing, the knowledge is useful to have and was conveyed well.
