Training content was delivered effectively. The trainer was very engaging and knowledgeable. The training packs however, could be improved i.e. some mistakes on the page numbering (ISO14001) and also the content for ISO45001.

the course from start to finish was very helpful and taught in a way which i was able to take it all in as there is alot to cover in NG1. chris the tutor was very helpful in answering any questions any of us had and making sure we understood the material throughout the course.
