Luke is an excellent trainer - very funny and kept us engaged throughout the 3 day course - he obviously has a gift of communication. The content of the course was very relevant and I will definitely be applying what I have learned in the foreseeable future.

James has a lot of knowledge and experience to help break things down and make easier to understand. Whether relating to large multi-national businesses or a small organisation like my own. My only feedback would be (and not sure it's directed to James in particular) but a lot of abbreviations for many elements of this course which I found a bit hard to keep track of
