Lynne was an excellent trainer who really got us all involved. She has a great method of delivering the training and kept us all engaged. The content was all relatable and really useful.

I do really enjoyed this training, it let me to be more open on positive and new ideas, but most important, it made me realized all the resources/tools I can have from this training I can put in practice in a short period.

George was really engaging and made a day of training enjoyable. The parent, adult & child section was interesting and would have liked to have had more emphasis on this section and how to deal with clients who are in child or parent state. Would also like to have more focus on actually dealing with complaints
