A thank you to George, what an amazing facilitator! He always kept engaged and never distracted from what anyone had to say. Bring personal experiences into the scenario made it a lot more interesting and better for understanding. The course overall has been a great experience, grateful to SMS or allowing me to join and participate.

Informative course, could do with more video's to break it up

I really enjoyed this course, it gave everyone an opportunity to contribute to which i learnt how others would deal with a situation. It also showed me what i need to develop on in my everyday work.

Well presented and engaging, also was really easy to apply the topics to my day to day workings.

On more than one occasion we were seeing the same content or videos. Also it would appear some bits were missing the were needed to progress through a task.

I have really enjoyed this training with George and other managers from my company. George is a great source of knowledge and listening to other peoples perspectives has also opened up my mindset.

Although generally good and well presented, I think the course could have benefitted from some specific worked examples. The general nature of the material meant that there was little new over previous training received and little to identify the course as specific for senior managers.

I felt the course was long, would have been better to have broken up into half days. Some of the course material was repeated
