Rachael Gooding was an AMAZING trainer. Very engaging, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She made the course more enjoyable and really enjoyed the course. It definitely helped me for my current role.

well structured and well laid out course. The week in between lessons allowed further reading and wasn't bombarded with learning. Well delivered by the tutor. And displayed superb knowledge, experience and a passion for the subject.

A good course delivered well

I understand 5/5 on everything seems like a lazy answer, but it really isn't. Rebecca did an amazing job at presenting the course and keeping me engaged whilst learner.

Very informative course that has made me think a lot about our companies good and bad points to managing safely. I believe I now have the knowledge to implement some change within. Rebbecca was an excellent trainer and very helpful to all involved.

I found the course content to be both informative and extremely useful. James and Anthony (Course leaders) were very knowledgeable about the course content and allowed open and honest debates on key issues.

I found it was a lot to fit in over the 3 days and found the first day the easiest and was able to retain this knowledge the best. I struggled with the sections regarding Law and felt there could have been more examples or case studies of this in practice and relatable terms in respect to my role. I also feel that other sections could have been cut down.
