The course was really useful. It believe it will help me not just in my career but also in my personal life. The focus on listening to others, to see what mode of communication others are enging in. The personality types... There was not a single thing which I found redundant.

I enjoyed the course and though George delivered it superbly. He kept everyone engaged throughout with his knowledge of each subject. I feel I will be able to apply this learning to my role moving forward

I have gained a lot of valuable insight from this course and have already begun to to put it in to practice. The way that George ran the course kept me 100% engaged throughout which is very difficult to achieve especially remotely.

Great course and great facilities.

On more than one occasion we were seeing the same content or videos. Also it would appear some bits were missing the were needed to progress through a task.

I really enjoyed this course, it gave everyone an opportunity to contribute to which i learnt how others would deal with a situation. It also showed me what i need to develop on in my everyday work.

Informative course, could do with more video's to break it up

Well presented and engaging, also was really easy to apply the topics to my day to day workings.

I have really enjoyed this training with George and other managers from my company. George is a great source of knowledge and listening to other peoples perspectives has also opened up my mindset.

Although generally good and well presented, I think the course could have benefitted from some specific worked examples. The general nature of the material meant that there was little new over previous training received and little to identify the course as specific for senior managers.
