The facilitator was clear and transparent and came across very well. I feel I have learned and can transfer these skills across within my working role.
Andrew was brilliant, had lots of stories to tell to relate it back to the theory’s and models being shared
Very engaging and interesting overall, George was a very good teacher
Great course, had forgotten much of the content and really given food for thought,
Very interesting course and loved that it wasn’t death by PowerPoint. Very interactive with YouTube clips, fun little games and relevant role playing.
Trainer was excellent and although some of the content was information I was aware of, lots of it was new and were new ideas and processes I can put into practice when mentoring.
Peter Harris so very helpful throughout the course.
