Matt was very informative and I believe his knowledge will help me to excel within Leadership and Management roles.

I really enjoyed the course and feel the lessons learnt will benefit my greatly in my day to day role as a manager. The content was a good mix of content and activity allowing students to work through and understand each topic with plenty of time for follow up and questions. Matt allowed plenty of time for each person to be part of the training and ensured everyone contributed.

Trainers were very knowledgeable and kind. Understood it was my first time presenting infront of people and gave me much more confidence.

Overall the training received and the content of the course was impressive. The Trainers created an open positive learning environment which appeared to be beneficial to all learners. I personally felt we could have spent more time on the content and structure of the training but understand the time constraints of the two day course.

Lynn and Andrew delivered the course in a very professional and curtious manner. The course was engaging and fulfilled my needs to progress as a trainer.
