I thoroughly enjoyed the training - I felt that it was well thought through, flowed well and delivered brilliantly

the curse was satisfactory and will benefit me a lot , the trainer was very skilled and opened .

Alun made what I thought was going to be a very boring course actually fun and interesting. His stories and examples helped clear up confusion and helped me to remember the amount that I did. He was very knowledgeable, polite and had ears/time for everyone.
