This was a very interesting and constructive course and I feel it will help with the daily dealing with my team going forwards.

Great trainer, had vast knowledge on all fronts of the training and had examples where all techniques could be applied to. He kept everyone engaged throughout the two days and was always willing to asnwer questions.

Dave was very informative and kept a two day course interesting. I feel like I have learned a lot not only about leading a team but about myself as a person and how I cope with things as well as how I can adapt to cater for the different types of people on my team.

Course delivery was excellent, First time that I had a 'Teams' course, and was surprised at how engaging it was.
