Excellent tutor ,course should be longer Due to complexity
. Good knowledge from the lecturer and when unsure was supportive and brought in additional support to engage in the discussion. I observed that it was a lot of information to take in for those with limited experience. However, through the support with the team they have a much better understanding
Printed course materials not provided, premises and apparatus very good but rather cold.

I believe that the course was very interesting and has provided me with the knowledge for my future role as a maintenance technician. The course provided me with a lot of knowledge about isolation and safety I can take into the future. I believe the lecture for this course was very intelligent and knew his stuff.
Steve was an excellent trainer with great knowledge of the subject (LV safe operations). Extremely helpful and delivered the material very well. We were all very new to LV work but Steve was patient and understanding of this. I do feel we would have benefited from being at the Faraday centre itself as we were restricted to what we could work on on-site and this caused less practical work and understanding of multiple switchgear. Overall an excellent course and an excellent delivery by Steve
Bit cold in switch area, would have been nice to keep the paperwork
