Course needs to be longer to give chance to learn too much focus on just passing the exam not learning. IT for testing causes stress, if it is going to be used it needs to b reliable, too many people on the course had issues with it.

Good in depth look at electricity, how it works, how to test and the health and safety side of it which is ever more important as time goes on. The tutor Steve kept me engaged the whole way through, using slides to help back up the points he was trying to make.

Absolutely freezing. Food poor. No good choosing weeks before you go.
Response : Hi Ian, thank you for your feedback! Sorry to hear that the food provided didn't meet your expectations. Though we do require that you send us your choices from the menu beforehand, you can do it as late as a week before attending the course as stated in the joining instructions. I'm also happy to say that we have now installed a new heating system in our classrooms and are working to adapt it to other areas of the centre as well to make our candidates more comfortable during their courses.

Venue is very cold and they should look at improving the heating. No drinks or snack with meal anymore and chargeable . Lecturer was Steve not Gary. Gary took me for the exam only. Steve is a smart and knowledgable guy. Very particular in his methods. If anything he may wish to involve the candidates a little more when sharing experience and knowledge but overall is good.

I'm happy to inform you that we have now installed a new heating system in our classrooms and are working to adapt it to other areas of the centre as well to make our candidates more comfortable during their courses. Even though we do not offer chocolate bars with sandwiches, salads and jacket potatoes anymore, all our lunch options (including main meals) include a cold drink.
