The course was very informative and met my needs.

Our lecturer was very knowledgeable and really helped by delivering the course in a way that all understood and felt comfortable when faced with switching operations. The content and materials was very good, apart from some confusion over our company's requirements, which highlights the need to standardise certain procedures and requirements throughout the industry.

Brian Dixon was helpful and informative providing myself with the information need for the course and with experience to give advice on best practice within the industry. Really enjoyed the course and learnt a great deal.
