Really good instructor, kept things going and interesting even with the 18th edition!!

A BIT RUSHED

there was a lot to take in. seems like a 5 day course crammed into 3 days. but the lecturer was excellent. and did his best to keep pace up and work through the information.

Connor was a delight of an instructor. Was extremely engaging and made the course relevant for my job. 10/10 course was massively beneficial.

Good course and good instructor

The course was good with the lecturer able to direct the course content and draw comparisons with the environment I work in. I have learnt things I didn't know I didn't know. I am now able to adapt the procedures and practices that I have been using to be safer and less susceptible to the possibility of mistakes being made.
