Good course, very knowledgeable instructor. Understood things more when Dave talked things out rather than the very detailed and complicated explanations in the course material and PowerPoint. Enjoyed the practical. Food needs looking at. Bland and sometimes it’s luke warm.

Course provided good clarity on overall process of selection, assessment and authorisation. Example Safety Rules, role responsibilities and documentation covered as well as record keeping and auditing function. Well delivered by Steve and experience from other delegates meant discussions were also valuable.

Lecturer was very good and knowledgeable, related a lot of content to real life situations. Very worth while course relevant to the work I will be carrying out in future.
