The course is very informative and safety heavy with procedures to ensure persons are working safely at all time. The instructor are approachable and explain clearly what the roles and responsibilities of an AP are.

Found the course extremely useful in expanding my knowledge of protection systems. The lecturer (Alan) was great at explaining theory and getting everyone involved. Will be highly recommending to colleagues!

The course was well prepared and presented, although it didn't focus predominantly on the equipment used at GE, it provided a decent insight into what is required. Ideally some of the material around calculations and distribution equipment GE won't be used could be removed or minimised and more practical switching time put in its place. Food was also luke warm.
