As a team we come from a slightly different branch of high voltage engineering so I was a little unsure how useful this course would be for us and on reflection this is no longer a concern. This course covered a lot of the essential knowledge to go about your work as a HV engineer, how the regulations apply and how to implement safety in all aspects of the job. There is a lot of useful crossover and I will certainly be able to leave this course with ideas about how to further improve my own companies approach to HV engineering.
Well paced course with a good mixture of classroom and practical exercises. Patience instructor with great communication skills and a fantastic facility to spend the week at.
Great course and well delivered. Would recommend. Great use of a variety of equipment.
Some parts too complicated for level aimed at. More practical and use of drawing to determine injection and test points.
Would have liked to do a bit more switching shedules, to really get the habit. No other remarks, all found well!
I have a lot more knowledge then when I started and given me a good starting point for my HV operation that'll doing.
Great venue and very knowledgeable lecturer that taught me what I needed to know and was very helpful when I had questions and query's
I learnt a lot and also learnt I have more to learn. Thank you.
Gary delivered the S9 course very well. Gave a good amount of introductory knowledge to the class, methodically went through switching programs and why we do it in this order.
