Overall my experience has been good however the organisation was poor. After sending induction forms and meal forms in on time the information had no been passed to relevant persons and thus I had no pass assigned to me, and queued twice to obtain it from the visitor centre. This is after I had double checked via email that I had sent all information through and no further action was required. Meal choices had also not been passed forward. Course delivery/content - John was professional and approachable. The content was a little text heavy, some animations or videos would help balance this out a little. However the course was enjoyable and I would attend further training at the Faraday centre.

Lecturer very knowledgeable, approachable and engaging. Alot of the course content is irrelevant to what we require but good to know regardless.

Course was demonstrated well with good presentation and good practical work. Mike and Norman were both great and give you any extra work of required.

Very knowledgeable lecturer who clearly has a passion for the subject.

Course was very good if you have started a job which involving isolation and switching I feel the course is too long think it could be done in 3 days. Norman the tutor has a lot more f knowledge and experience.
