Phil is a very engaging and assuring teacher, he put me at ease and helped me get to grips with the course despite lack of confidence in some areas.

Fantastic I had Phil as my lecturer he was brilliant gave all the information needed is a very laid back but professional way nothing was to much trouble for him and endless patience

Very informative

Veolia need to pay for the course folder as it is much more useful than a USB stick, no one is going to refer to a USB but the folder can be stored in vehicle for future use. Other than that the course was very informative and John did very well delivering it and keeping it interesting. From this course I have learned that really we need to do the mech 4 course which covers the mech 1 aswell as we will need mech 4 to become an AP.
